Business Development Manager / Sales Consultant

The company is a professional training organisation focused on providing business-to-business services. Our key focus is providing marketing workshops for business owners and their marketing managers to enhance their marketing skills and to increase sales and profits in their business.

Due to the expansion of the company we are looking for a self-motivated, energetic and switched on candidate to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and based in the Eastern Suburbs in Melbourne , you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Once trained, a typical day would involve, contacting warm/cold leads to encourage individuals to come in and have an appointment, making follow up calls/visits, face-to-face visits with current/potential clients, attending company workshops/seminars and working with the marketing manager on new sales strategies.
